- Changing your mind after a purchase or buying a product by mistake.
- Issues arising from client-side technical problems (such as slow internet connection or lack of compatible PDF reader software).

5. Payment Failures & Deductions
If a transaction fails but money is debited from your account:
- This is usually held by the bank and is automatically refunded by your banking partner within 3-7 working days.
- If you do not receive the refund within 7 working days, please contact us with proof of debit, and we will assist in resolving it with our payment gateway (PayU).
6. Special Offers and Discounted Products
Standard refund terms apply to e-books purchased under seasonal promotions or discount coupons. If a refund is approved, only the actual net amount paid will be returned.
